Cancer centres across the country do trojan work, helping and supporting people going through cancer. their help and advice can be invaluable – and the ability to meet people going through similar experiences can be a fabulous support. The Marie Keating Foundation and the Irish Cancer Society can also be hugely helpful. Do contact your local centre – you won’t be sorry.
